I am not able to withdraw cash from my ATM card. While doing the transaction, it shows that my card is blocked. I visited the branch of the bank and contacted customer care to immediately unblock my card, nothing is happening. On one hand there are issues with cash, whereas on the other hand I am facing issue with my card.
Immediately contact customer care, write email as well as give in writing to the branch with regard to the issue and ask them to either unblock your card or re-issue a new card. Since you have already approached customer care without resolution, please ensure to take complaint number this time, so that the issue could be further escalated there-after if it is not resolved.
